How groups quietly fall apart

Not through bad decisions. Through a missed annual report and an operating agreement nobody updated.

How we work

One record, held by someone

Administrative failure in a group of companies is almost never dramatic. An annual report is missed and an entity is administratively dissolved; a policy lapses and nobody notices until a claim; an operating agreement still describes an ownership split that changed two years ago.

Each of those is trivially preventable and each requires one thing: somebody actually holding the calendar and the register. Spread the responsibility across operating companies that all have more urgent work, and it will be nobody's.

Consistent books matter for the same unglamorous reason. Entities that each do it differently cannot be compared, consolidated or explained to a lender, and the cost of fixing that always lands at year end when it is most expensive.
